 Important Update: Shipping Times and Returns Policy  

There is no Guarantees on shipment arrival dates on UPS or USPS due to services no longer offering guaranteed delivery on the date provided. 

Most orders are shipped via USPS. We do our best to keep our order processing time under 2 business days for all in-stock items.

Please note that once a package has left our shop, it is entirely out of our hands. The only information that we have access to is the same information that you have access to via the tracking link attached to your order. If you need your items delivered on an expedited schedule, please select an upgraded shipping speed during the checkout process.

Due to recent shipping rate changes with carriers, Shallow Creek Bits reserves the right to switch your selected shipping service to a comparable shipping service. International customers are responsible for paying duties, taxes, and applicable customs brokerage fees separate from the merchandise/shipping cost. NO returns on International orders. Shallow Creek Bits is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Clients are responsible for all shipping costs. Shallow Creek Bits is not responsible for any damages that may occur during shipping. I do my best to protect all contents of your packages from any possible damage during the shipping process. If your order has arrived damaged, please send a photo via email within 3 days of receiving your package so that we may address the issue.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Shallow Creek Bits is not liable for any delays in shipments, nor required to refund orders that have become lost or misplaced in transit.

If an item is not delivered by the carrier, Shallow Creek Bits must be notified within 14 days of the originally scheduled delivery date. Decisions regarding whether or not to replace a lost item are made at the sole discretion of Shallow Creek Bits.



Returns are subject to a $20 restocking fee. No refunds on shipping. 


Refunds are subject to restocking fee if items are returned. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
